Sheffco Pty Ltd T/As D&C Patio Kits or 'we', 'us' or 'our' refers to the owner and operator of this website. 'You' refers to you as the viewer, user, or purchaser of this website and its products.

Note: The product/kit you have added to your cart and its components is custom made to your requirements. On this basis, this is a firm sale. Changes cannot be made after 24 hours from the time of checkout. No refunds will be provided after this time or for any product that has already been manufactured.

The dimensions of each kit listed for sale on www.dcpatiokits.com.au are measured as the overall size. The Company may, at its sole discretion, alter the contents of the fixings or parts supplied within the kits. This will not affect the engineering or structural integrity of the kit in any way.

We cannot and will not accept returns if you make an incorrect decision, provide incorrect measurements, or change your mind.

Sheffco Pty Ltd T/As D&C Patio Kits, its suppliers, and other third parties are not liable for any information or materials on this website. Products are ordered entirely at your own risk.

NOTE: Insulated panels are supplied in 1-metre widths. If you have selected a kit that is not a whole metre, the first and/or last panel will need to be cut to size. All other supplied components will be manufactured to suit the specific dimensions of the kit ordered.

Delivery is approximately 3–5 weeks following placement of your order, depending on manufacturing requirements, powder coating, and delivery location. An estimated delivery date will be provided once available.

Deliveries are made via a large crane truck. If specific delivery instructions are required, you must notify the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Insulated kits may be delivered in two separate deliveries, while single-skin kits are generally delivered in one shipment. You are not required to be home at the time of delivery; however, it is your responsibility to advise the Company of any access or delivery requirements. The Company accepts no responsibility for damage to driveways, gardens, or surrounding property during the delivery of materials.

Please also be aware of any engineering requirements and local authority approvals required for construction. Obtaining these approvals is entirely your responsibility.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend engaging a qualified tradesperson to confirm all measurements, specifications, installation requirements, and any required approvals before placing your order.

You may add additional components to your order; however, colours, patio style, dimensions, sheet or panel thickness, and similar specifications cannot be changed after your order has been placed. You also acknowledge that some items may occasionally be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. The D&C Patio Kits team will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order as quickly as practicable.
