FAQs for our DIY Kit Quotes

How does the online quote work?

Our online calculator allows you to customise your patio or carport kit by selecting your preferred roof style, dimensions, colours, wind rating and accessories. Your price is calculated instantly based on the information you enter.

All online orders are reviewed by our team before being accepted to ensure your selections are correct and suitable for your project.

Is my online quote a final price?

Our online calculator provides an accurate price based on the information you supply. Once you place your order, we'll verify your measurements, selections and delivery requirements before confirming your final order.

If any changes are required, we'll discuss them with you before manufacturing begins.

Is there any obligation when I request a quote?

No.

Our online quotation is completely free and there is no obligation to proceed.

When is my order accepted?

Submitting payment does not automatically mean your order has been accepted.

After payment, our team will review your order, verify the details with you and issue written confirmation before your materials are released for manufacture.

Can I customise my patio kit?

Absolutely.

Every kit can be customised to suit your required width, projection, roof style, wind rating, colours and accessories.

If your project has special requirements, simply contact our team before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or payment on invoice.

If you choose payment on invoice, your order will be processed once payment has been received and your order has been verified.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes.

We deliver patio and carport kits throughout most areas of Australia. Delivery availability and freight costs vary depending on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 weeks after your order has been verified and accepted.

Lead times may vary depending on:

  • Powder coating requirements
  • Material availability
  • Delivery location
How are the kits delivered?

Most kits are delivered by crane truck and are delivered to the kerb unless a delivery waiver has been signed by the customer.

If your property has restricted access, please let us know before delivery so suitable arrangements can be made.

Where possible, materials will be supplied in full lengths. However, some components, including beams and flashings, may be supplied in sections and require splicing to facilitate transport. This does not affect the structural integrity or performance of the finished product.

However, if you require your materials to be delivered at full length, you will need to notify our office as any measurement over 8.0m (for flashings) or 9.0m (for beams and roofing) will need to be delivered by a semi-trailer and will incur additional fees.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not always.

However, you should provide any special delivery instructions before dispatch and ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle.

Can I collect my order?

Collection may be available from selected locations by prior arrangement.

Please contact our team before placing your order to discuss collection options.

Can I change my order once it's placed?

Orders can generally be amended during the verification process.

Once your order has been confirmed and released for manufacture, changes may no longer be possible because your materials are custom manufactured specifically for your order.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Orders cancelled before manufacture may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

As our products are custom manufactured, cancellation requests should generally be made within 48 hours of placing your order.

Once materials have been released for manufacture, cancellation rights may be limited.

What roof style is best?

The best roof style depends on your home and how you intend to use the space.

  • Skillion Roofs – Modern, economical and suitable for most homes.
  • Flyover Roofs – Increase ceiling height while allowing more airflow and natural light.
  • Gable Roofs – Create a spacious open feel and complement many existing homes.
  • Freestanding Roofs – Perfect where attaching to an existing building isn't practical.
